About EPA

Eastern Psychological Association (EPA), founded in 1896, is the oldest regional Psychological Association in the United States. Its sole purpose is to advance the science and profession through the dissemination of professional information about the field of Psychology. EPA achieves this goal by conducting its annual meeting where members present the latest advances in professional and scientific work to their colleagues. EPA welcomes psychologists from all fields across the discipline.

Annual Conference

The annual EPA meeting allows researchers from all areas of psychology to present their work in the form of talks, posters, and symposia. Keynote speakers and invited speakers also present at the conference.

Attendance at the Conference

Over 1,750 people attended the last EPA conference. Approximately 400 of the attendees were academic and professional psychologists. The other attendees were both undergraduate and graduate students.

Exhibit Hours and Setup

Exhibit hours will be Saturday March 2nd and Sunday March 3rd from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM EST. Setup time will be Saturday morning 6:00 AM.

Booth Rental Fee

Booth rental fee for the 2013 meeting will be $850. Rental includes one 8’ x 8’ booth, one skirted table, two chairs, 8’ high back draping, and 3’ high side drape. If payment and artwork is received by Jan. 1st a ½ advertisement in our 2012 program will be included at no extra charge.
